The WWA has partnered with Clear Marketing Concepts to offer WWA members a revenue-generation program for waterparks that focuses on in-park radio solutions as well as corporate sponsorship strategies. The goal is to help you (a) better monetize operations while (b) providing a professional, quality entertainment option for customers.

By having your own customizable in-park radio station, you will be able to increase advertising and sponsorship potential in your park. Splash Radio allows you to take a captive audience and tailor all your marketing messages to best reach your target market: Mom and families! This represents real value to your advertisers. Plus, your guests will enjoy hearing good music and fewer commercials and your staff will enjoy the variety that Splash Radio offers.

Splash Radio Details:

  • It's 100% customizable. Splash Radio allows you to carefully select your style of music. You could even supply your own music that is popular in your geographical area.
  • Offers flexible product promotions. Splash Radio lets you pick the frequency and content of advertising messages. You can promote food products, daily specials or gift shop discounts throughout the day.
  • Improves guest service. Splash Radio allows you to customize voiceover for special events like group picnics, corporate events, birthdays, etc., including thanking specific members of the party.
  • Builds revenue. Splash Radio includes commercial inventory (more than 85 commercials per day) to be used as part of sponsorship packages to sell to local advertisers.

Splash Radio comes in two different packages: Enhanced & Basic.

The Enhanced Package includes:

  • Development of corporate sponsorship proposals incorporating elements of your park.
  • Delivery of twenty (20) full-color proposal binders that detail sponsorship opportunities at your park.
  • In depth web-x training for all park personnel on how corporate sponsorship proposals should be presented. One (1) three hour session included as part of package, additional sessions available as required.
  • Development of in-park radio station that will feature any type of music requested. Includes full production of up to ten (10) commercials for your park or sponsors as part of package. Includes computer + monitor.
  • Your park will receive 85+ commercials per day to be used as part of sponsorship packages. CMC will maintain 30% of inventory (approximately 36 per day) but will not approach or sell any local advertisers in your park market.
  • CMC will fully maintain, monitor and support all installed Splash Radio systems via Internet connection. (Park must provide full-time, high-speed Internet connection.)

Pricing:

  • $3,000 payable upon initial order
  • $3,000 due prior to installation
  • $3,000 due prior to 12/31/10

Total of $6,000 for the first year and $3,000 for the second year.

The Basic Package includes:

  • Development of in-park radio station that will feature any type of music requested. Includes full production of up to ten (10) commercials for your park or sponsors as part of package. Includes computer + monitor.
  • Your park will receive 85+ commercials per day to be used as part of sponsorship packages. CMC will maintain 30% of inventory (approximately 36 per day) but will not approach or sell any local advertisers in your park market.
  • CMC will fully maintain, monitor and support all installed Splash Radio systems via Internet connection. (Park must provide full-time, high-speed Internet connection.)

Pricing:

  • $2,500 payable upon initial order
  • $2,500 due prior to installation
  • $2,500 due prior to 12/31/10
Total of $5,000 for the first year and $2,500 for the second year.

Splash Radio MUNI Details:

Splash Radio MUNI Was created to give municipal parks a companion version of the full Splash Radio product at a price that is specifically tailored to city budgets.
  • Includes music of buyer's choice, DJ's and commercials-just like a real radio station.
  • The branding for all MUNI parks will be Splash Radio.
  • If desired, purchasing parks will maintain 10 percent of commercial inventory to be used as part of local sponsorship packages, which is estimated to be 10-12 commercials per day.
  • CMC will provide initial training for all purchasing park personnel on how corporate sponsorship proposals should be presented.
  • CMC will maintain, monitor and support all installed in-park radio systems via Internet connection.

Pricing:

  • One time only payment of $995 due upon initial order
